ABOUT HWAM
HWAM A/S is one of Denmark's largest producer of architect-designed wood-burning stoves.The company was founded by Vagn Hvam Pedersen in 1973 and is owned and run 100% by the Hvam family. Sons Stefan and Torsten have followed in their father’s footsteps and are today in charge of the company, the former as the Managing Director, the latter as Head of Research and Development.
According to Vagn Hvam Pedersen, one of the reasons for HWAM’s great success is that the wood-burning stoves are both beautiful and functional. Today, a wood-burning stove is something more than just a heat source. For HWAM, design, aesthetics and function are three sides of the same coin, so to speak, and this is the reason behind the company’s 40 years of collaboration with visionary architects and designers.

HWAM SmartControl - a brilliant solution in two versions
The integrated air regulation system, which regulates the air inlet automatically, is the biggest advantage and what makes the HWAM wood-burning stoves particularly unique. The HWAM SmartControl is available in a mechanical (Autopilot) and electronic version (SmartControl), and the common denominator is that they benefit both the user and the environment.
HWAM® Autopilot™
The mechanical HWAM® Autopilot™ with its heat sensitive spring ensures the correct air supply for the different combustion phases enabling an optimal combustion.
HWAM® SmartControl™
HWAM SmartControl™ is our new electronic solution for automatic combustion control. The user lights the fire as usual and uses the included remote control to subsequently adjust the room temperature as desired. The App beeps when it's time to restoke the fire. It all works by means of an integrated air box and a temperature and an oxygen gauge.

With the HWAM 2600 series, the Danish designers Henrik Sørig and Tobias Jacobsen have created another beautiful stove series which is grand in elegance yet small in size.
The pane rinse feature keeps the glass clean and ensures that the fascinating fire can be enjoyed through the side glass and through the slightly curved glass pane in the cast-iron door.
HWAM 2600 is the smallest stove ever made by HWAM, and with its small combustion chamber, HWAM 2600 is ideal for homes which require less heat

The elliptical shape gives HWAM 3120c an attractive, light expression. Form and finish throughout make it possible to install the stove in a corner, on a straight wall and even in the centre of the room. HWAM 3120m can be supplemented with a rotating plinth so that the flames can be enjoyed from all angles.

HWAM 3640c is a eco-friendly wood-burning stove and a variant of HWAM 3630. Same height and shape but without side glass. Like the other models in the series, it is equipped with a ventilated handle and a locking system that makes it easy to open and shut the door
